We do offer an optional mattress and bed removal service. Please select this during checkout or contact us to add it to your order.
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may have a small surcharge and take slightly longer time to deliver. This helps us cover extra transport costs to those areas.
Some postcode zones require a small delivery surcharge due to distance or accessibility:
  • £30: LL, SA, EX, DT, BH, ML, IP, BN, SO, TN, G, EH, KA, TD, FK, DD, KY, DG, PO, NR, CT, PH
  • £40: PL, TQ, TR, PA
  • £60: AB, IV, BT
If your delivery address falls within one of these zones, our team will contact you directly after you place your order. We’ll confirm the surcharge amount and arrange payment before dispatching your order.
Your order will be paused until the surcharge payment is completed. Once payment is received, we’ll proceed with your delivery booking.
