Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Midas Beds purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make the process simple and hassle-free.


30-Night Mattress Comfort Trial

Try your new mattress at home for up to 30 nights from delivery. If it’s not the right comfort for you, simply contact us within this period to arrange a return and refund.

*Please note: this applies to mattresses only and does not include divan bases, headboards, or accessories.


Returning Your Item

You can return your item in two ways:

  • Collection service – we can arrange this for you (a £50 fee will be deducted from your refund)
  • Self-return – you’re welcome to send the item back yourself (contact us for details)

To ensure a smooth return, please make sure your item is:

  • Clean and in good condition
  • Securely packaged (original packaging is recommended)

We may ask for a photo before collection to confirm it’s ready.


Condition of Returns

We understand mattresses are tested during use. However, items should still be returned in a reasonable condition.

If an item is returned with damage such as stains, tears, or structural issues, a deduction may be applied to cover cleaning or refurbishment.


Custom & Bespoke Items

Custom-made items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Delivery Checks

Please check your order upon delivery before signing.

If you notice any issues after unpacking, let us know within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.


Changed Your Mind?

That’s absolutely fine — you can still return your item.

A £50 collection fee applies, or you can arrange your own return.

Exchanges (such as different sizes or colours) will also include collection and re-delivery costs.


Before You Order

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your item will fit through:

  • Doorways
  • Hallways
  • Staircases
  • Tight spaces

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, a £50 charge may apply.


Delivery & Assembly

  • Standard delivery is to your room of choice
  • Assembly includes setup up to two flights of stairs

For higher floors, a working lift is required. If not available, a surcharge may apply.

Assembly fees are non-refundable if access prevents completion.


Bed Removal Service

If you’ve selected bed removal, please ensure your existing bed is dismantled and ready for collection.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear.


Cancellations & Delivery Changes

  • Cancel anytime before a delivery date is confirmed for a full refund
  • After confirmation, a £50 fee may apply
  • Missed deliveries or late changes may incur a charge
